President Burks Called the meeting to order
Kristen made a motion to dispence with the reading of the minutes
Wyler Burks spoke about the NYATT team going to the Congress: Grace Cornett, Logan Venus, Amy Guenther
Dr. Kimble spoke about year end awards:
Champion choice will always be Buckle
Dixie dollars are always an option
We voted to make spur straps our third choice for performance champion
Halter champion third choice will be a show cooler
Reserve champion choices are Leather Halter or sheet set
Everyone must pick up their awards at the banquet or designate someone else to do so
Grace Cornett was elected Region 9 director
She is helping to coordinate the Region 9 Leadership Conference
They are discussing starting an AQHYA Realty TV Show
Tenative date is in January
Next Meeting Novermber 1
Agenda is Christmas party, banquet, and community service projects
Christmas Party will be held at Hattiesburg Show
Convention: January 6, Jackson Hilton
Youth World:
Scrapbook won 1st place
Grace Cornett placed 7th in the Showmanship
Devan Hinds won the Pole Bending
Redrawing big sis/little sis
Logan Venus made a motion to redraw in November Courtney 2nd
Hayride will be tomarrow night 8:00 pm
