First order of business:
World show signature of intent will be at the Youth show. Your name must be on that list if you plan on showing at the Youth World. Please make arrangements with Mark or Melanie to sign your name if you cannot attend.
Youth show is May 6-7th Meeting at 7:00 pm at the equine center on Friday, May 5th.
We will have pizza for dinner.
Everyone to bring 12pk of water or Soft drinks for workers lounge.
Get class sponsorships everyone must get at least 2!!!
Prize to the person who sells the most!!!! Jenny Ferguson won last year.
The Cornetts are in charge of the Workers lounge, you can only get refreshments from there if you are working.
This is our show and we need all of the help we can get. When you are done showing and are finished up at the barn find Mr. Mark and Ms Melanie and find out where you are needed.
Youth show Fun Fundraiser Celebrity Showmanship Class.
It will take place after the Halter and before Huntseat classes.
Entry fee is $15.00

Youth World "Lead the Way" Be brainstorming for ideas for stall decorations.
Must work at show & sell sponsorships if you plan to go the Youth World.
Y.E.S. Conference- June 15-18 those attending are Wyler Burks, Grace Cornett, McKenzie Hunter, Mamie Tomlin. If you want changes in your association let one of these delegates know so they can bring them up.
Region 9 Leadership Conference is in Nashville TN let Mr. Mark or Ms Melanie know ASAP if you want to go.
If you have a little sis or bro Please make contact with them invite them to the meeting in May and to the Cookout after the show on Saturday.
